Minimum suggested donations can be set in two different places. Read on to learn about both:

At the campaign level:

Navigate to the Campaigns tab, and then select Edit from the tools dropdown menu.
Then, navigate to the Goals & Timeline tab.
There you will see ‘minimum donation’, and whatever you enter there will display when a donor clicks the donate button on a campaign page.


At the giving event program level:

Navigate to Programs > Edit Details from the tools dropdown. Then select the Settings tab. There, just below the Quick Donate buttons, you will see an “other (minimum value allowed) field. This will override individual campaign minimum suggested donation values.


Please note that unless Community Funded has set a minimum donation during your implementation, donors will be technically able to give less, unless prevented from doing so by your payment processor.
